Electric Cars Won't Decrease Emissions

Well, this just puts the Left into a pickle, doesn't it?

The stimulus law enacted in February promoted the purchase of plug-in electric cars by the federal government and the broader market, but a Government Accountability Office (GAO) report released this month says that the use of plug-in electric vehicles will not by itself decrease greenhouse gas emissions.

The catch here is the rather obvious elephant in the room that Democrats never seem to want to address: electric cars still have to be plugged in. And, of course, that's going to cause a huge spike in electricity demand.

Of course, Obama's cap-n-tradetax bill is admittedly going to cause energy prices to 'skyrocket', so just think how much extra you're going to get to pay each month for the privilege of contributing to saving the planet getting suckered by the hoax of climate change!
