More Heroism And Humanity From Our Troops

U.S. troops recently found a baby in the garbage in a violent neighborhood in Baghdad. The girl had lost her father, then her mother and uncle were killed by gunmen, leaving her alone in the world. There is speculation that the girl was hidden by her mother before she was killed. Regardless, she is recovering in a U.S. hospital, and expected to be taken to an orphanage to live with her five siblings soon. Unfortunately, Iraqi law does not permit adoption, so there is a search going on to find extended family for the children.

These are your U.S. troops at work, protecting and defending the lives of the innocent, both American and otherwise. This is just one of many reasons that we do, in fact, hold the higher moral ground in this war.

There's my two cents.
