Given hardening Republican opposition to Congressional health care proposals, Democrats now say they see little chance of the minority’s cooperation in approving any overhaul, and are increasingly focused on drawing support for a final plan from within their own ranks.Yes, the post-partisan President is going to officially engage in the most purely partisan tactic imaginable to complete the biggest perversion of the American way of life in decades...against the will of the majority of the American people!
Why the sudden change of heart? The poor widdle Democwats have had enoughey-wuffy:
Analysis: Liberals tired of health care compromise
Frustrated liberals have a question for President Barack Obama and Democratic lawmakers: Isn't it time the other guys gave a little ground on health care? What's the point of a bipartisan bill, they ask, if we're making all the concessions?
-- They created the Stimulus Bill behind closed doors and passed the bill without any Republican votes in the House. We knew this could (and likely would) happen, didn't we? It appears that Obama is gathering his troops for a collective suicide for the greater good of permanent government control. You saw the video of Rep. Massa yourself yesterday - he's planning to support Obamacare even if it goes against his constituents' wishes, and if it means he goes home.
-- They created the Cap & Tax Bill behind closed doors and passed the bill with 8 Republican votes in the House.
-- They created Obamacare behind closed doors, bussed in their Far Left supporters to town hall meetings and now they are ready to ram it down America's throat, too!
The chilling reality is that if Obama can get enough Democrats to follow suit, there is absolutely nothing anyone can do to stop Obamacare from becoming the new American way. And, once that happens, the government will control everything about America in the name of 'what's good for you'.
I think it's time to start asking new questions of those elected leaders who oppose Obamacare: what can we do to roll back Obamacare when we re-take Congress in 2010?
It will happen. We need to focus on how to minimize the damage, hopefully saving America in time.
There's my two cents.
