A Case Study In Liberal Logic

This is dizzying, really. Just try to keep up:

This is the Democrat candidate for Virginia Governor.

And, in case you missed it, he's planning to 'raise money', but he has no plan to 'raise taxes'. Everything is on the table except taking money out of the general fund, though he's still somehow going to increase funding for transportation.

Got it? No?

Geez, he 'means what he said', and he 'made himself clear'. What's your problem?
