No, of course there isn't. That sort of thing starts at the top, and Barack Obama hasn't taken responsibility for anything since his election. He simply throws the most convenient sucker under the bus and moves on with his Hope-n-Change rhetoric.
The American people are going to hold them all accountable very soon, and it ain't gonna' be pretty. Well, not if you're part of the administration, that is.
