A Winning Record On All Fronts!

George Weigel has an interesting little observation at NRO on the recent instances of Barack Obama getting involved in various contests:

Copenhagen (2), Virginia, New Jersey, Massachusetts . . .

. . . and now Kentucky:

1) Tuesday morning: Undefeated Kentucky is #1 in NCAA men's hoops.

2) Later Tuesday: President Obama calls Calipari, schmoozes super-freshman John Wall, and thanks team for Haiti relief fundraising.

3) Tuesday night: Kentucky loses to unranked South Carolina for first loss.

Memo to Saints and Colts: Decline all phone calls from White House switchboard.

Hmmm...

I hope Obama campaigns far and wide for the Democrats this year!
