For those of you just tuning in, Imam Luqman Ameen Abdullah - true to his repeated threats against law enforcement - drew his weapon and fired on FBI agents attempting to arrest him. The agents involved returned fire, killing the Imam. The latter event is evidently viewed as criminal behavior in the fine state of Michigan.
There's my two cents.

Now, before I moved to Indiana, I used to live in Michigan. In fact, that's where I was born. But boy, in the X years I've been down here, Michigan has sure gone to pot.
I sat in my chair and gaped at the computer screen for about five minutes before I decided to leave a comment, so that should incate my astonishment at this stupidity. Yeah, let's prosecute an FBI agent for saving himself.
