Here are two interviews from local talk show host Chris Stigall. The first is with Senator Pat Roberts, and though it's a few days old, it's got a ton of great information about the primary Senate version of the bill. The second is with Michael Cannon of the Cato Institute. Both are excellent, so I'd highly recommend you spend a few minutes listening.
