The One War Liberals Want To Win

Well, it looks like the radical Left is at it again. This time, it's Time magazine doing the sweepingly vile job of insulting our military. But, they somehow managed to one-up MoveOn.org's outright slander of Gen. Petraeus last fall, incorporating the one war that the Left actually wants to win: man-made global warming. Naturally, it's a war that doesn't even exist, but since facts never get in the way of a good liberal, take a look for yourself:



Not only is this vacuously shallow cover a blatant insult to one of the most inspirational moments in American history -- as well as one of the most dearly bought sacrifices of the American military -- but it equates the faux struggle against global warming to an actual war against tyranny, oppression, and death from an evil regime bent on world domination.

Perhaps most insultingly of all, it replaces the American flag with a tree. A TREE!

Iwo Jima vets (as well as pretty much all other vets, and pretty much all patriotic Americans) are outraged, and rightfully so, in my opinion.

As if there needed to be any other evidence, this just shows you the utter depths to which the Left -- in particular, the environmentalist wackos -- will sink in the name of their god: man-made global warming.

Vile.
