Amnesty Push - Take Action NOW!

In an abrupt move, the Senate began debating the Iraq war funding bill late today, so it is likely to come up for a vote Wednesday morning. This is the same bill that has the amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants attached to it, so it is absolutely critical that you call your Senators first thing in the morning, and keep calling (and e-mailing) all morning until the vote is held!

If you're unsure of what to say, here's a sample script that you can use:
”My name is _______. I’m calling from _________ to ask the Senator to oppose any immigration increases in the Iraq Supplemental including so-called emergency agricultural workers, H-2B unskilled workers, and employment-based permanent workers. I oppose amnesty and illegal immigration and expect the Senator to vote against all immigration increases.”
The capitol switchboard number to call is either 866-340-9281 or 202-224-3121 - just ask to speak to your Senator(s). It will only take a moment of your time, but your calls can be the straw that breaks the camel's back on the critical day!

Start dialing, and don't quit!!!

There's my two cents.

Wow...We must be on the same wave length. I just posted a article on this very subject for today and it also has a place when you can vote. Too cool. Glad your back from your trip. I hope it went well.
