Fun & Frivolity: Amazing Weather Pics

In Missouri, we're in the middle of severe weather season. In fact, the wind and rain are pummeling our windows at this very moment as I write this. In the spirit of the season, here are some incredible pictures of serious weather. First we have a couple pictures of the volcanic eruption and consequent lightning storm in Chile.




Here's a picture from Kansas City earlier this week. One of the major thunderstorms passing through the city this week lit up the night, illuminating the explosion of a gasoline pipeline that took a couple days to burn itself out. This picture is a stunning visual capture of that night.
