The Associated Press insists that Hillary Clinton is bailing out tonight, but according to cable news channels [Clinton campaign Chairman] Terry McAuliffe says "absolutely not"
Like I said, it should be an interesting night! :)
I'm also hearing rumors of the Michelle Obama 'whitey' tape being legit because even some Democrats in positions to know are expressing concern that it's not just a rumor, and will supposedly be released today. There are two big questions:
1. is there really this tape of Michelle doing a racist rant?
2. who has it?
If there is a tape, then its release becomes a question of who has it. If the Clintons have got it and release it tonight, that would help explain why she's hung in the race this long, and the timing would be perfect for her. And, the rumor of her dropping out would probably increase the number of people viewing her 'concession' speech. That would turn out even better for her if she actually made it the bombshell dropping speech. But, if Republicans have it, the likelihood is that it'll remain a mystery until Obama is officially the nominee.
We'll see...!
