Generational Theft Act (Porkapalooza Bill) Update #3

By the way, despite the Generational Theft Act (Porkapalooza Bill) being the biggest partisan bill in American history -- or, as the Wall Street Journal called it, a 40-year wish list for Democrats -- our glorious post-partisan President said the following:

President Barack Obama met face-to-face Tuesday with congressional Republicans who have been chafing over parts of a $825 billion plan to pull the country out of recession, and he urged lawmakers to "keep politics to a minimum" and quickly approve the measure.

On a related note...

Obama [told House Republicans]: "Feel free to whack me over the head because I probably will not compromise on that part [tax cuts]," according to two sources in the room.

One conservative House Republican who attended the hour-long closed door session was asked if Obama was winning any votes: "Nope. He said he won't compromise on more tax cuts. All form - not substance."

Keeping politics to a minimum, huh?  You say bipartisanship is what you want?  Translation: Republicans had better just bend over and do whatever I want.

Ironically, the reason he refused to give in on more tax cuts: the deficit is too big.

?!@#$!@#%@#%!

He's proposing the biggest spending increase in the history of the planet, and yet he doesn't want you to keep more of your paycheck because we're too far in debt?!

*sigh*

Classic liberal 'logic'.

There's my two cents.
