That second clip might as well be Ronald Reagan - it's actually correct. He's right. Problem is, he doesn't believe it and his track record is the very antithesis of it. And yes, we do know he doesn't believe it - look at his porkapalooza bill and point out anything in there that follows the theory that empowering businesses and individuals rather than the government. You won't find anything. Also, he conveniently said this stuff in front of a bunch of conservative CEOs and businesspeople.
I guess this would be the transparency the Obamessiah promised. I would call it lying or political expediency, but whatever...
