It appears that the End User License Agreement (the EULA, that thing you always have to 'accept' before installing a new program) contained a juicy bit of over-reaching on the part of Google.
Basically, anything you do or create with the Chrome browser belonged to Google.
How's that for Big Brother?? But, apparently Google is going to correct that language. Still, I wouldn't recommend using Chrome for anything, just in case.
Oh, also, it stinks from a functionality perspective, too.
