Do They Read ANY Bill Before Voting On It?
First the non-stimulating 'stimulus' bill, and now this horrendous cap-and-tax bill...do these guys bother to read anything before voting on it anymore?? Waxman is busted on not knowing what's in the Waxman-Markey bill:
