Democrat Henry Waxman predicts Obama's cap-and-trade plan will clear the House committee in the next few days. Gateway Pundit reports that it will cost roughly 4 million jobs and result in a tax increase of a couple thousand dollars per family. Some other key reminders...

He's clearly planning to increase energy costs on every man, woman, and child in America!
