Tax Warfare Policy

Another outstanding video from Dan Mitchell at the Center for Freedom and Prosperity:

Barack Obama's strategy is built around the core of class warfare. The next time you see a speech of his (or even a few sound bytes), listen for how he puts opposing groups of people against each other. There's always a good guy and a bad guy. The 'rich' are his most common bad guy, and he frequently attempts to incite those who consider themselves victims against this concept of 'the rich'. Remember the 'spread the wealth around' comment? Remember how he's freely admitted that he's going to raise taxes on 'the rich'? His entire premise appears to be punishing the successful and 'rich', sucking their productivity and wealth into government coffers to be distributed as he sees fit based on his own subjective definition of 'fairness'.

It's Jimmy Carter all over again, but Obama's policies are unprecedented orders of magnitude larger than what Carter had to work with. As such, they represent an unprecedented disaster in the making.

There's my two cents.
