Where Are The Old Folks Now?

I've been watching for someone to make this contrast for a few days now because it's a hum-dinger!

Here's candidate Barack Obama last fall:

Obama has proposed trimming more than $600 billion from Medicare and Medicaid by 2019 -- including more than $300 billion in cuts unveiled in his Saturday radio and Internet address.

Where are the old folks now? Where are the shrieks of dismay about Granny having to choose between buying her medicine and buying food? Where are the accusations that Barack Obama is forcing Gramps to eat dog food just to survive?

Oh, wait, that's right...it's doublethink.
