The Right Direction? Really??

Just keep spinning...just keep spinning:

The reality:
Never in US history have we seen the unemployment rate spike so quickly since they started tracking the statistic in 1948 than we have seen under the Obama Administration.

The US lost over 2.5 million jobs in the first four months of this year under the Obama Administration.
The US unemployment rate is now at 9.4%... the highest rate in 25 years.

Let's address just a couple of points that Obama made.
- 'years in the making'...'inherited the recession...' --- When are you going to stop blaming Bush and taking responsibility for your own actions? The Bush deficit was something like $200 billion; your deficits won't drop under half a trillion for over a decade!
- 'most significant recession since the Great Depression' --- FALSE; the recession of the early 1980s was just as severe, but Reagan fixed it with tax cuts...that's why you don't ever acknowledge it.
- 'had we done nothing...we could have really gone into a tailspin' --- You mean like we're in now? No one suggested we do nothing, you idiot. We just didn't want what you've done with the place!
- 'created and saved at least 150,000 jobs' --- You're making this number up! Where are the sources? Where is the evidence? It doesn't exist. You needs to look at the chart above, which clearly shows a major spike in unemployment. While you're trumpeting 150,000 jobs 'created or saved', the numbers say a couple million have been lost in that same time period. Stop lying.

But hey, if your goal is to seize control over as much of the country as possible to entrench the liberal Left in power by creating as many dependents as possible...then it is a big move in the right direction.

There's my two cents.
