A Canadian team of scientists at the B.C. Cancer Agency in Vancouver has reportedly discovered a unique gene that can stop cancerous cells from multiplying into tumors.
I'm no expert, but it sounds to me like this wouldn't prevent cancer, but it would prevent it from spreading. If that's correct, I don't have to point out how incredibly good this would be for people all over the world! Let's just hope they can nail it down and work it into an effective treatment. Talk about leaving a legacy for the world...what better one could you leave than this?
