In a previous blog I mentioned a trial against the Holy Land Foundation, which is accused of financing Hamas operations. Powerline summarizes the weird conclusion to the trial, which actually ended in a mistrial.
Looks like the prosecution is planning to go another round. I hope so; there is clearly a lot of evidence showing terrorist organizations raising money right here in America. They need to be shut down for good, or we may end up financing our own enemies.
