Reuters reports that the lawsuit against Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld accusing him of torture was kicked by French prosecutors. Basically, the argument presented in the lawsuit did not exist in international law.
See? Anyone with a logical, functioning brain already understood that the accusations were completely phony, but now even those without a logical, functioning brain know, too.
